nWe are seeking a Senior Data Engineer – Data Analytics to lead the organization's analytics strategy and enable data driven decision making across the enterprise.
nThis role will drive advanced analytics and BI initiatives, partner with business and IT leaders, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant analytics solutions.

- Define and execute the enterprise data analytics and BI strategyn
- Lead and develop a team of data analysts and BI developersn
- Oversee dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics solutionsn
- Drive adoption of self-service analytics toolsn
- Partner with IT on data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud platformsn
- Establish data governance, quality, and compliance frameworksn
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver business impactn
- Manage analytics budget,

nRequired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fieldn
- Master's degree (MBA / MS in Analytics) preferredn

nExperience & Skills:

- n
- 10+ years in data analytics, BI, or data managementn
- 5+ years in a leadership or senior management rolen
- Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)n
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data modelling.n
- Proficiency in SQL and cloud/on prem data platformsn
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliancen
