Job Description:

Your Role
- Lead and deliver SAP Variant Configuration (VC/AVC) solutions across end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Design, configure, and maintain characteristics, classes, dependencies, configurable materials, BOMs, routings, and pricing integration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and provide scalable configuration solutions aligned with business processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including SD, PP, MM, and PLM to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.

Your Profile
- 6 to 12 years of overall SAP experience with robust expertise in SAP Variant Configuration (VC) and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.




- Proven experience in configuration modeling, object dependencies, super BOMs, super routings, and integration with SD, PP, and MM processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineer-to-order (ETO), configure-to-order (CTO), or make-to-order (MTO) business scenarios.
- Excellent analytical, client-facing, and communication skills with the ability to drive workshops, solution design discussions, and user acceptance testing.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) in S/4HANA.
- Exposure to SAP CPQ, PLM, or Product Configuration processes.
- Knowledge of Agile project methodologies and SAP Activate framework.
- Experience in global implementation and rollout projects.
