MKR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

? Position: Business Development Executive – IT Sales

? Experience: 1–2 Years

? Industry: IT / Software Services

? Location: Bengaluru

? Work Mode: In office / Hybrid

⏰ Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads for Website, Web Application, Mobile App, Software Development, and Digital Marketing services
- Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels
- Use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals and estimates
- Schedule client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Consistently work toward monthly sales and revenue targets
- Explore opportunities in both Indian and international markets

Required Skills:

✅ 1–2 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development

✅ Good understanding of software and IT services

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Experience with LinkedIn lead generation

✅ Cold calling and email outreach experience

✅ Ability to understand client requirements and close deals

✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
