We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our E-Agency Channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the agency network, developing new relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Location- Nagpur & Amravati
Key Responsibilities Agency Channel Drive sales and business growth through the Develop and manage relationships with agents and channel partners. Recruit, on board, and activate recent agents to strengthen the sales network. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure regular engagement, training, and performance management of the agency team. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned area. Maintain strong customer and partner relationships while ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance standards.
