Role Summary

Fairdeal Realtors is seeking a capable and mature Sales Head to lead the overall operations of our Branch office. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role for a skilled who can independently manage the branch's revenue goals while ensuring seamless coordination across support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory.

- Financial Coordination Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 10-15 years of overall experience with at least 4-5 years in a city level leadership role managing both sales and support functions such as HR, admin, finance, marketing, or inventory.
- Industry: Experience in commercial real estate is Preferable
- Other industries can be looked at includes
