THE ROLE - OWN KEY ACCOUNTS

Our Customer Success team in Chennai supports customers superbly, day in and day out. What we're building on top of that is the relationship layer: staying ahead of account health, building genuine rapport with the people who matter.

You will own that for our most important accounts. You are their relationship and commercial owner, accountable for their satisfaction, their renewals and the expansion that follows when customers genuinely succeed. CS and product own onboarding, configuration, and day-to-day resolution. You own the relationship and the outcome. Think of yourself as the CEO of these top accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own the relationship. Real rapport with champions,



economic buyers, and executive sponsors across every top account - the trusted first call, never just the ticket-closer.
- Stay ahead of account health. Keep a live health view on every account, and catch risk through usage, sentiment, and stakeholder signals long before it ever reaches a renewal.
- Connect goals to value. Track what each customer set out to achieve, map it against what they've actually gotten, and lead the conversations that close the gap out loud.
- Own renewals end to end. Run 90/60/30-day cadences, keep an honest forecast, lead the commercial conversation and negotiation - and make renewals feel like a formality, not a scramble.
- Grow the account. Spot expansion rooted in real need - new teams, use cases, modules / recent features - and carry those conversations from opening to close.
- Make business reviews matter. Run monthly and quarterly reviews as strategic partnership
