Technical Account Manager (Program Management / Product Delivery)

Job Description:

We're looking for a senior Technical Account Manager to lead large-scale technology programs, manage key client relationships, and drive product delivery from roadmap to launch.

About the Role

As Technical Account Manager, you'll serve as the trusted technology partner for our key accounts — leading cross-functional delivery teams, owning the client relationship, and ensuring our technology programs deliver real business value.

What You'll Do
- Lead multiple technology programs end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality
- Provide technical direction across development, architecture, testing, and business analysis
- Manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations across concurrent projects
- Own product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans;
translate business goals into technology outcomes
- Act as primary escalation point and trusted advisor for key client accounts




- Lead product demos and solution presentations for senior stakeholders
- Support SOW preparation, solution estimation, and commercial proposals
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 25+ (architects, engineers, QA, BAs)

What You'll Bring
- 15–20 years of IT experience, with strong technical leadership and program management background
- PMP certification preferred/required
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale technology programs and 25+ person teams
- Robust product management experience — roadmaps, milestones, delivery
- Experience preparing SOWs and supporting pre-sales/commercial discussions
- Hands-on exposure to Java/J2EE, Oracle Database, and Power BI/BI tools
- Domain experience in Insurance and/or Accounting/Finance
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
