Role - Vice President (Regulatory Reporting/Trade & Transaction Reporting)

Exp - 15+ years

1. 15 Years of total exp in Investment banking operations
2. 7+ years of Trade and transactions reporting exp, into CFTC, SEC, EMIR, MAS, HKMA, MiFID etc
3. Individual should be managing the team on 8+ members covering multi-jurisdictional work assignments like exception management, reconciliations etc
- Strong experience in Operations / Regulatory Reporting / Trade Repository Reporting.
- Trade & Transaction Reporting
- Valuable understanding of trade lifecycle across relevant products.
- Exposure to regulations such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II, MAS, HKMA, JFSA, SEC, CAD, etc.
- People Management role- Team size 15 to 35 Members
- Global Regulatory Reporting
- OTC Derivatives Operations
- Post-Trade / Derivatives Operations
- DTCC / GTR
- Regulatory reporting for Credit, Equities, Rates, FX or Commodities
