About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of social media strategy, content planning, campaigns, and day-to-day execution for brands across industries.

You’ll work closely with our strategy and creative teams to build platform-specific social media strategies, understand what drives growth, and turn brand goals into engaging content.

What You’ll Do
- Build monthly social media strategies and content calendars
- Translate client goals into platform-specific social media strategies
- Research trends, formats, campaigns, influencers, hooks, and emerging content patterns
- Develop content buckets, messaging, narratives, and storytelling approaches
- Create creative briefs and communicate content requirements to the creative team
- Review content drafts for strategic alignment, quality, and brand voice
- Manage social media execution across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,



LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Track and analyse social media performance and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Participate in client calls and support action planning
- Coordinate with account managers, creators, editors, designers, and other creative teams
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and communication
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithms, cultural trends, and emerging formats
- Experiment with new content ideas and formats to improve reach and engagement

What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or a similar role
- Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form content
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients
- Strong understanding of content strategy, platform behaviour, and social media trend
