We are looking for a Customer Success Executive - Creator Growth who will own the growth journey of our creators and help them achieve measurable revenue outcomes.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Success Executive, you will:
- Own a portfolio of online creators, educators, and entrepreneurs after they join Learnyst
- Guide them from academy setup → course launch → first sales → revenue growth
- Conduct onboarding calls and ensure creators successfully start their journey
- Help creators define their target audience, course strategy, pricing, and launch plan




- Drive creator engagement through workshops, check-ins, and growth programs
- Identify blockers and coach creators towards achieving milestones
- Track creator progress and ensure consistent execution

Your goal is simple:

Help creators succeed and grow their online education business.

Success Metrics

You will be measured on:
- Revenue generated by your creator portfolio
- Creators achieving their first sale within the expected timeline
- Workshop participation and execution
- Customer engagement and retention
- Quality of creator conversations and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

You should have:
- 1-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales, or Client Success roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort speaking with customers daily over calls
- Experience working in SaaS, EdTech, creator economy, or digital products is a plus
