? What You’ll Do
- Train & Onboard: Lead Recent Hire Training (NHT) focused on retention strategies, scripts, and product updates.
- Upskill & Coach: Run targeted refresher sessions, 1-on-1 nesting support, and floor coaching with QA to boost bottom performers.
? What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years in a BPO/International Call Center setting, with 2+ years as a Process/Product Trainer in Customer Care/Retention.
- Core Strengths: Exceptional soft skills delivery, objection handling, de-escalation, and retention metrics (Churn, Save Rate, AHT, CSAT/NPS).
