Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Sr. Technical Consultants with strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise for project-wise deployment with HCLTech. The positions are focused on specialized ServiceNow areas including AI/CRM/CSM, Creator Workflows, and CRM/CSM.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical consulting experience, ServiceNow configuration expertise, accelerator development experience, demo/lab instance configuration capabilities, technical documentation skills, and the ability to support customer-facing enablement and coaching activities

ServiceNow CSA and relevant CIS certification are mandatory for all positions.
Position 1 – Sr. Technical Consultant – AI / Critical Product Area (CRM/CSM)
