Senior Lead Generation Specialist – B2B SaaS / Enterprise Sales

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with strong hands-on experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, IT services, CRM/ERP, or technology sales.

The role will focus on building a high-quality pipeline of enterprise customers and strategic partners for VoizPanda.ai, our AI-powered conversational voice automation platform.

This is not a bulk data-entry role. We are looking for someone who can identify the right companies, right decision-makers, right buying signals, and verified contact details that can convert into real sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research high-potential enterprise accounts across sectors such as Real Estate, Education, BFSI, Healthcare, Automobile, Recruitment, BPO, Retail & E-commerce

Identify senior decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, COOs, Heads of Operations, Admissions, Collections, Customer Experience, Sales, CRM, Marketing,



and Service

Generate verified business emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and company information

Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Google, industry directories, and enrichment tools

Research buying signals such as hiring activity, company expansion, call-centre growth, new branches, new campaigns, technology adoption, and high customer-interaction volume

Identify companies with potential to generate ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000+ monthly business opportunities

Identify strategic partners such as CRM/ERP providers, system integrators, BPOs, SaaS companies, vertical software providers, digital agencies, CPaaS/telephony companies, and consultants

Maintain clean lead data in CRM and avoid duplicates or low-quality contacts

Hand over sales-ready leads with clear context on why the company is relevant, why the person is the right decision-maker, and why the chance is timely
