Manager – Learning Architect (Instructional Design Lead)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Manager – Learning Design to lead a team of instructional designers and drive the creation of modern, high-impact learning solutions across global operations.
This role will combine instructional design expertise, adult learning theory application, strong project leadership, and advanced digital learning innovation to deliver scalable, business-aligned learning programs in a fast-paced BPO environment.
The ideal candidate will bring both strategic leadership and hands-on design experience, with a strong command of emerging learning technologies (e.g., AI, VR, digital simulations) and exceptional writing standards aligned with the Chicago Manual of Style.

Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Design & Strategy
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end learning solutions across multiple global accounts




- Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, outcomes-driven programs
- Partner with stakeholders to align learning strategies with business goals and performance outcomes
- Ensure consistent application of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking)

2. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of instructional designers
- Establish design standards, governance, and quality assurance frameworks
- Drive capability-building initiatives to strengthen ID competencies and innovation mindset
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement

3. Project & Stakeholder Management
- Lead multiple concurrent learning projects with solid governance on timelines, scope, and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, QA, SMEs, Technology) across geographies
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectiv
