About the Role

As an Academic Counsellor / Inside Sales Specialist, you will connect with parents and students, understand each child's learning needs, and consultatively guide them toward the right ACE Academy program. This is a target-driven, individual-contributor closing role where your communication skills and empathy directly convert enquiries into enrollments — and delight customers enough to refer their friends.

Key Responsibilities

engage and sell ACE Academy's classes and educational products to parents and students through telesales, instant messaging (WhatsApp) and other communication channels (outbound & inbound).
- Understand each family's learning needs and recommend the most suitable Math, ELA program through consultative selling and academic counselling.
- Pursue sales opportunities aggressively and close deals effectively to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture leads through the complete sales funnel — from lead allocation to enrollment — with systematic, timely follow-ups.
- Update all activities, lead status and interactions accurately and in real time in the Sales Reporting Tool / CRM.
- Provide an excellent, student-first customer experience that drives word-of-mouth referrals..
