The role
You'll own the sales process from prospecting through to closing, working closely with the founders and the broader team. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, build pipeline, and help shape how we approach the market.
You'll sell to teams hiring at volume: HR and talent acquisition teams, engineering leaders, startup founders, staffing and recruitment firms, and university placement teams.
What you'll do
- Prospect and qualify current business
- Work inbound leads alongside the pipeline you build yourself
- Run discovery calls and product demos
- Build and manage the pipeline, and own the number
- Use AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and move faster
- Research the market and competitors, and feed that back into how we position
- Work directly with the founders on ICP, pricing, and GTM strategy
- Build the sales process as you go
You'll do well here if you have
- 1+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally SaaS
- Proficiency with AI tools in your daily workflow
- A track record of hitting targets you can talk through specifically
- Strong discovery instincts
- Working knowledge of a CRM
