Role Description As a Business Development Manager at Meshfloor, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers. You will conduct market research, build relationships with coworking and managed office operators, deliver product demos, and tailor proposals to customer needs.



The role involves collaborating closely with product and customer success teams to refine offerings based on client feedback and ensure smooth onboarding. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. You will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and represent Meshfloor at industry events and partner meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, B2B sales, and lead generation, with experience managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and develop effective go-to-market and partnership strategies.
