Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience Hands-on with Tanium for patch deployment and endpoint management.
- Hands-on with patch automation/process automation
- Experience working with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys.
- Basic knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and VDA servers.
- Good understanding of patch validation, server health checks, and rollback procedures.
- Knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
- Success Measures Timely patch deployment across Windows and Citrix server environments.
- High patch compliance and vulnerability remediation rates.
- Successful Non-Production testing before Production rollout.
- Minimal business disruption and zero major patch-related outages.
- Effective coordination with application teams to ensure patching activities do not impact critical business services.
- Robust /demonstratable knowledge to automate the above actions
