Product Manager – Mumbai

Job Description:
Responsible for driving specification-led business development across Mumbai by building and managing strong relationships with MEP Consultants, Architects, Builders, Developers and Key Accounts. Identify upcoming projects and drive product inclusion in approved Make Lists, BOQs and tender specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects and key project stakeholders.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate new specification opportunities across Mumbai.
- Conduct consultant meets, product presentations and technical discussions.
- Understand project requirements, BOQs and tender specifications and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Drive product inclusion in approved Make Lists,



BOQs and project specifications.
- Coordinate with sales teams for project follow-up, conversion and revenue generation.
- Monitor project pipelines, specification status and competitor activities.
- Provide technical and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Independently manage the complete specification cycle from project identification to execution.

Candidate Profile:
10+ years of experience in Specification, Project Sales, Consultant Management or B2B Business Development, with solid exposure to MEP Consultants, Architects, Builders, Developers, BOQs, tendering and project specifications. Strong network and market knowledge across Mumbai/Western Region will be an advantage.
