- Responsible for advanced administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization of the Netskope Security Cloud platform, including Netskope SWG, CASB, ZTNA/NPA, DLP, RBI, Cloud Firewall and Netskope Client.n
- The role provides L3 support for complex security incidents and works closely with Network, Security, Endpoint, Cloud and OEM teams.n

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Provide L3 technical support for complex Netskope incidents and service requests.n
- Administer and troubleshoot Netskope Security Cloud policies and configurations.n
- Manage Netskope Client deployment, configuration and troubleshooting.n
- Configure and troubleshoot Secure Web Gateway (SWG) policies.n
- Manage CASB controls, cloud application discovery and risk assessment.n
- Configure and troubleshoot DLP policies, incidents and exceptions.n
- Work on Netskope Private Access (NPA/ZTNA)



and troubleshoot private application connectivity.n
- Manage steering configurations, including client-based and network-based steering.n
- Troubleshoot traffic forwarding, SSL inspection, PAC files, certificates and authentication issues.n
- Investigate security incidents using Netskope logs, alerts and dashboards.n
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.n
- Integrate Netskope with SIEM, IdP/SSO, Active Directory/Entra ID and endpoint security platforms.n
- Troubleshoot authentication issues involving SAML, MFA and identity providers.n
- Monitor platform health, performance and policy compliance.n
- Perform change implementation, testing and rollback activities following ITIL/change-management processes.n
- Support Netskope upgrades, current feature implementation and policy migrations.n
- Coordinate with Netskope TAC/OEM for critical or product-level issues.n
