Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai & Pune responsible for expanding Chemsis’ market presence and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing targeted sales strategies for different market segments.



The role involves preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and closely collaborating with internal teams such as operations, finance, and product development to ensure customer requirements are met. The Business Development Manager will track market trends and competitor activities, provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives that support long-term business goals.
