nAs a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.n
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.n
- Generate and qualify leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.n
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain key benefits to customers.n




- Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into sales.n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.n
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.n
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.n
- Meet individual and team sales targets.n
- Stay updated on company products/services, market trends, and competitor offerings.n
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and team activities.n
