About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, discreet, and highly organised Executive Assistant (EA)



to work directly with a senior technology executive and startup founder. You will be the operational backbone of a busy leader — managing time, information, and communication so that nothing falls through the cracks. This role suits someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable handling ambiguity with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Scheduling
- Own and manage the executive's calendar end to end: schedule, reschedule, and prioritize meetings across multiple commitments
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and follow up on pending decisions

Travel & Logistics
- Plan and book domestic and international travel — flights, hotels, ground transport, and visas
- Build clear itineraries and handle last-minute changes calmly

Communication & Query Management
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming queries; resolve them promptly or route them to the right perso
