Founding Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Create qualified enterprise conversations and help build Opsolute's first repeatable outbound sales motion.

Location : Bengaluru - hybrid, with regular in-person working sessions
Employment : Full- time
Experience: 2-4 years in B2B SaaS outbound, enterprise SDR/BDR, inside sales or a closely related
role.
Work with : Fractional GTM Operator, Founder, GTM Research & Operations Specialist, Brand &
Content Lead and Design.

Why 'Founding'
You will be one of the first people responsible for turning Opsolute's enterprise GTM strategy into a repeatable prospecting and qualification motion. You will not inherit a mature script and simply dial through a list. You will help discover what works, document it, improve it and establish the operating standard for future SDRs.
Significant : This is a founding execution role, not a people-management title. The opportunity to lead others should be earned by building a credible motion and demonstrating coaching and operating maturity.

The role:




You will create thoughtful conversations with senior engineering and finance leaders at AWS-heavy companies. You will use account intelligence, clear business hypotheses and persistent multi-channel outreach to earn qualified discovery meetings and help progress early opportunities.
We are not looking for a call-centre approach. Raw activity matters only when it improves coverage, learning or conversion. The standard is relevance, credibility, qualification discipline and reliable follow-through.

What you will own:
Enterprise prospecting
- Own human outreach across calls, email and LinkedIn for assigned target accounts in India, followed by UAE/MENA and APAC.
- Engage CTOs, VPs of Engineering, engineering directors, SRE/platform leaders, FinOps leaders, CFOs and finance controllers with persona-relevant hypotheses.
- Use account briefs and signals to personalize outreach
- Build multi-threaded account coverage rather than depending on
