We are looking for an experienced Ataccama Support Engineer – L3 to join our enterprise data management and production. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Ataccama ONE platform, data quality, metadata management, master data management, and enterprise production environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for Ataccama services, data quality processes, scheduled jobs, and integrations.
- Monitor platform health, job execution, data-quality rules, scores, and operational alerts.
- Investigate complex issues across application, database, network, authentication, and source-system layers.
- Perform detailed root-cause analysis and drive permanent resolutions with development and infrastructure teams.
- Support data profiling, rule configuration, exception management, and remediation workflows.
- Plan and support deployments, patches, configuration changes, and production releases.
- Perform post-release workplace validation and production stabilization.
- Maintain support runbooks, known-error records, monitoring procedures,



and operational documentation.
- Track SLA performance, recurring incidents, and opportunities for automation and preventive maintenance.
- Communicate production status, technical risks, and resolution plans clearly to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business data stewards, engineering teams, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in data management, platform support, or enterprise application support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ataccama ONE.
- Experience with Ataccama data quality rules, profiling, monitoring, and issue investigation.
- Hands-on experience supporting batch jobs, plans, components, and runtime services.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Linux/Unix, log analysis, and database connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
