Job DescriptionJob Purpose
NDrive user access governance and identity lifecycle operations across enterprise applications. This role focuses on executing User Access Reviews (UARs), managing access governance workflows, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and supporting compliance requirements while ensuring the principle of least privilege across the organization.

- Strong hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) N
- Experience managing User Access Reviews (UARs) and access certification campaigns N
- Strong understanding ofaccess governance, entitlement management, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, and least-privilege access N
- Experience with Okta orsimilar Identity Providers (IdP) N
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Conductor One, or similar IGA platforms N
- Strong understanding ofSSO and SCIM provisioning N
- Experience managing access requests, approvals, application assignments, group memberships, and identity lifecycle processes N




- Strong understanding ofaudit evidence collection, access control reviews, and security governance documentation N
- Experience working withJira, Confluence, Freshservice, Google Workspace, and Slack N
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills N
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong documentation and audit-readiness mindset N
- Comfortable working with global teams and managing multiple priorities N
