We are looking for an Accounts Executive responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately within statutory deadlines.
- Manage TDS calculations, returns, and payments.
- Handle PF and ESI calculations, filings, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and expense statements.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants,



and statutory authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance purposes.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to manage statutory deadlines independently.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
