NChange With Saurabh is looking for an energetic and empathetic Client Relationship Manager (Wellness & Accountability) who can become the daily connection between our clients and their transformation journey.
NWhat will you do?

- N
- Connect with clients daily through WhatsApp and occasional calls N
- Review meal pictures, daily routine and diet adherence N
- Motivate clients and keep them accountable towards their goals N
- Understand why a clientis struggling and help them get back on track N
- Appreciate progress while knowing when a client needs an extra push N
- Identify low motivation, poor adherence or disengagement early N
- Coordinate with our Dietitians whenever nutritional/clinical intervention is required N
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to better retention & results N

nWho are we lookingfor?
NPsychology / Counselling / Nutrition / Home Science / Wellness background preferred




NExcellent communication skills in English & Hindi;
Gujarati is an advantage
NStrong understanding of human behaviour, motivation and different personality types
NEmpathetic, positive and patient—but confident enough to hold clients accountable
NComfortable managing multiple WhatsApp conversations and follow-ups systematically
NComfortable speaking withclients over calls when required
NYou DON'T need to be a hardcore salesperson.
NWe need someone who genuinely enjoys communicating with people, understands their mindset and can motivate them towards becoming a better version of themselves.
