- Act as a subject matterexpert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases. N
- Translates and details business requirements into End-2-End solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products;
ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope N
- Responsible for the Operation of the cloud for customer solution N
- Performing the necessary tasks to keep a stable workplace N
- To work with the solution Architecture team for Development,



Testing and Documentation of nes solutions on C4C as needed by our Business Process. N
- Provide ongoing supportand troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise with their SAP C4C implementation. N
- Stay current with SAP C4C updates and advancements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions. N
