About the Role:
nAccordible is looking for Business Development Executive who will generate and convert new B2B opportunities by meeting prospective clients, understanding requirements, coordinating site surveys, presenting Duct Clean Co solutions, preparing commercial proposals and taking ownership of the opportunity through closure and handover.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across target sectorsn
- Connect with decision-makers including Chief Engineers, Facility Managers, Purchase Heads, Engineering Heads and Managementn
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussionsn
- Coordinate site surveys and understand technical / service requirementsn
- Prepare, submit and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial offersn
- Negotiate commercials and work towards successful deal closuren
- Develop AMC, repeat-service and cross-selling opportunities from existing and new accountsn
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure disciplined follow-up on every qualified chancen




- Coordinate with Inside Sales and Operations for lead handover and smooth service executionn
- Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity, closure and lost-reason updates in CRMn
- Track competitor activity, market requirements and emerging business opportunitiesn

nEligibility Criteria:
n
- n
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.n
- Experience in Facility Management, HVAC, Hospitality Services, Engineering Services, Fire & Safety, Industrial Services or related B2B sectors will be preferred.n
- Strong communication, client-facing and relationship-building skills.n
- Comfortable meeting senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.n
- Good negotiation and commercial understanding with a target-oriented mindset.n
- Strong follow-up and closure discipline; willing to travel for client meetings.n
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM and sales
