n1️⃣ Senior Medical Coder – ICD-10-CM
n? Madurai (India shift, with US-hours flexibility)
n? Experience: 3–5 years
nWhat you'll do:

- n
- Review US clinical documentation and assign accurate ICD-10-CM codesn
- Validate diagnosis coding, sequencing, and specificityn
- Support claims, denial analysis, and RCM workflowsn
- Mentor and quality-check junior coders' workn

nWhat we're looking for:
n✅ 3–5 years in US Healthcare Medical Coding
n✅ Robust ICD-10-CM expertise
n✅ Understanding of US medical billing & RCM
n✅ CPC/CCS/CCA certification preferred




n✅ Good spoken & written English
n2️⃣ Junior Medical Coder / Trainee – ICD-10-CM
n? Madurai (India shift, with US-hours flexibility)
n? Experience: Fresher
nWhat you'll do:

- n
- Learn ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding under senior guidancen
- Support billing, claims & insurance-related tasksn
- Attend structured training on US RCM processesn

nWhat we're looking for:
n✅ Life Science/Healthcare background or coding training preferred
n✅ Strong English comprehension (for US clinical docs)
n✅ Attention to detail & willingness to learn
n? Compensation: ₹12K–₹20K/month (based on qualification)
