Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging eLearning modules, videos, animations and visual content.n
- Create storyboards, scripts, knowledge checks and assessments.n
- Develop content using Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate.n
- Manage and publish learning content through the LMS.n
- Collaborate with SMEs, trainers and the L&D; team.n
- Ensure content meets brand and quality standards.n
- Support AR/VR/Mixed Reality learning projects.n

nQualification :

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related design discipline.n

n

nExperience :
n

n
- n
- 0–2 years of experience in digital content production.n
- Freshers from relevant design programmes can also apply.n

nMust-Have Skills:

- n
- Solid skills in visual design, video production and image creation, with a portfolio.n

nGood to Have:

- n
- Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effectsn
- Storyboarding & instructional content sequencingn
- Basic instructional design and adult learning principlesn
- LMS content publishing – SCORM/xAPIn
- AI-assisted content creation tools such as HeyGen or equivalentn
- Good communication, attention to detail, collaboration and learning agility.n
