NWe are actively seeking ahighly experienced and strategic Lead Automation QA Engineer with 7-9 years of experience, specializing in Selenium-based test automation, to lead our quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining automation strategies, leading a team of QA engineers, and overseeing the design, development, and execution of comprehensive automated test frameworks and suites. This role demands advanced expertise in test automation, a deep understanding of software development and quality assurance processes, and proven leadership skills to drive the continuous improvement of our software quality.

design, and evolve robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, primarily with Java. N
