Job Title: Business Analyst / Tester
Job Type: Contract - 6 Months (extendable)
Job Location: Remote (India)

We are looking to hire a Business Analyst come Tester for the UPH Program. The resource should be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in UAE Instant Payment Interface (IPI) with strong experience in both Business Analysis and Functional Testing.

Key Skills Required:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in UAE IPI.
- Solid understanding of UPH and Instant Payment ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of UAE IPI FFTS message formats (FFTS0001 to FFTS0006) message flows, status management.
- Experience in domestic and cross-border instant payment processing.
- Hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Functional Testing.
- Ability to interpret and validate FFTS and ISO 20022 message related payment processing flows.
- Strong knowledge of payment operations, reconciliation, and exception handling.




- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs with business and technology stakeholders.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new requirements.
- Support solution design and business validation activities.

Testing
- Prepare UAT, Regression, and End-to-End test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute functional testing and validate payment processing flows.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation testing.
- Raise and track defects through closure.
- Support production validation and post-implementation testing.

Operational Knowledge
- Payment Status Tracking
- Inward and Outward Payment Processing
- Payment Reporting and MIS
- Experience in reconciling inward/out
