- Manage VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) N
- Provision and manage virtual machines N
- Monitor performance andresource utilization N
- Manage HA, DRS, vMotion N
- Perform migrations, snapshots, cloning N
- Troubleshoot VMware issues N
- Patch and upgrade infrastructure N
- Manage Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 N
- Administer Active Directory,



DNS, DHCP, GPO N
- Handle patching and security updates N
- Monitor server performance N
- Troubleshoot OS issues N
- Provide L2/L3 support N
- Handle incidents and escalations N
- Perform RCAn
- Ensure SLA compliance N
- Manage backup tools (Veeam, Commvault) N
- Perform restores and DRdrills N
