Headquartered in Japan, with Partners across Japan, the UK, US and Australia, Zensho offers something particularly relevant as commercial ties between India and Japan continue to grow.
But this isn't limited to Japan.

Our Partners build their own markets, own their client relationships and operate internationally, while having other experienced search professionals around them to collaborate with, deliver alongside and think things through with.

Who we're looking for
Senior executive search professionals in India who can originate business, manage senior client relationships and see the opportunity in building their own practice rather than continuing to build somebody else's.

You may already run a boutique firm, be considering independence, or have reached the point where the traditional agency model no longer gives you what you want.
