About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Accounts to join our Accounts & Finance team in Vadodara. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance and account finalization.

The successful candidate will independently manage accounting records, maintain accurate books of accounts, handle GST and TDS-related activities, coordinate banking and vendor payments, and support statutory and financial audits.

Success in this role will mean maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, completing reconciliations and compliance activities on time, preparing reliable MIS reports, and managing accounts through finalization with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally Prime.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor banking transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile creditor and debtor ledgers.
- Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.




- Prepare and maintain data required for GST and TDS compliance and filing.
- Manage sales and purchase invoices, ensuring accurate accounting and documentation.
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain supporting records.
- Process vendor payments and coordinate banking activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Maintain books of accounts through finalization.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing and maintenance of accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for statutory, tax and financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements and statutory regulations.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain accuracy across financial records.

Qualifications:
- B.Com or M.Com in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Inter CA is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
