Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java + Kafka Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, Spring Boot, microservices, and Apache Kafka. The candidate should have strong experience building scalable, high-performance backend applications and event-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement microservices-based applications.
- Develop and manage Apache Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups.
- Build event-driven and real-time data processing solutions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize queries.




- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Java development
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+
- Spring Boot & Microservices
- Robust experience with Apache Kafka
- REST APIs / Web Services
- Multithreading and Java Collections
- SQL databases
- Git and CI/CD
- Good understanding of Agile development
