Key Responsibilities:
- Periodically visit customers in the assigned area while adhering to company field procedures and protocols.




- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying and understanding their concerns and issues.
- Comprehend customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and briefings.
- Establish positive relationships and enhance brand recall and engagement with customers.

Key Skills:
- OS Installation.
- Software installations and providing training to customers on usage of software applications
- Hardware issue analysis.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in both spoken and written Hindi and English.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills, including MS Office and email.
- Willingness to travel within multiple airport locations.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in field service or visits is a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and passport.
