- SAP Ariba on Demand experience N
- Ariba (cloud) Buying & Invoicing – including Guided Buying N
- Creating/Updating tiles N
- Creating and enabling catalogs N
- Core configuration – workflow, users, suppliers, etc. N
- PO and Invoicing processes N
- Ability to automate andoptimize processes as much as possible N
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum team N
- Ability to problem solve and propose solutions N
- Ability to communicate with technical and business teams N
nRoles & Responsibilities
NTechnical Ownership & Support

- n
- Provide technicaland production support to monitor, maintain, design, and continuously improve SPE's Ariba On Demand (Buying & Invoicing) solution. N
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the SAP Ariba On Demand (cloud) platform, covering configuration, functionality, release management, and adoption of new features. N
- Deep trouble shooting knowledge on PR,
PO and invoicing process. N
- Robust hands on Guided buying, Admin activities, Import files in AOD. N
- Monitor, maintain, and deploy interfaces between Ariba and S/4HANA via multiple technologies (Cloud Integration Gateway [CIG], PI, Open ICS, WebMethods). N
- Possess a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA tables, configuration, master data, and integrations to optimize the Procure-to-Pay landscape. N
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integrations, ensuring high availability and performance. N
- Partner with the SAP Development team to design and deploy Ariba functionality that is seamlessly integrated with SAP ERP and related systems. N
- Establish and enforce integration and security best practices, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards. N
- Provide oversight of system upgrades, patching, and release testing for both Ariba and S/4HANA environments. N
