Homzinterio is looking for an experienced and agile Design Head to lead our design function, manage high-value projects, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
nKey Responsibilities
nOwn revenue realization and timely collection from booked clients.
nLead and manage a team of Design Managers and Interior Designers.
nOversee high-value client projects from design stage through completion.
nDrive design quality, timelines, productivity, and process adherence.
nDevelop and implement SOPs to streamline design workflows and improve efficiency.
nManage key client relationships and resolve critical client escalations.
nEnsure effective coordination between clients, designers, and project teams.
nIdeal Qualifications




n10+ years of experience in Interior Design / Residential Interiors.
n5+ years of experience in a managerial/leadership role.
nExperience working with a large/structured design firm in Bengaluru or elsewhere in India.
nStrong experience handling large-ticket/high-value clients and projects.
nGood knowledge of design software, visualization tools, and interior design themes.
nProven team management and client escalation management skills.
nStrong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
