Hiring: 4G/5G L2 Protocol Stack Lead

Location: Bengaluru / Delhi

Looking for a senior 4G/5G L2 qualified with strong hands-on expertise in:
• MAC, RLC & PDCP – LTE/5G NR
• eNB/gNB MAC Scheduling, QoS, HARQ, DRX & LCP
• 3GPP 36/38 Series & L2 architecture
• C/C++, Python & Linux performance tuning
• vRAN / O-RAN / eNB / gNB
• DPDK, SR-IOV, SmartNIC/DPU & virtualization
• Wireshark, QCAT, Viavi, Spirent & IxNetwork
• L2–L1/L3 integration, debugging & KPI optimization
• Technical leadership, mentoring & customer-facing delivery
