nYali Aerospace is looking for a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for next-generation UAV and aerospace systems.
nWe are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage production workflows, improve operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality manufacturing standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
nKey Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operationsn
- Coordinate manufacturing schedules, assembly activities, and production targetsn
- Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering and safety standardsn
- Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, and scalabilityn
- Work closely with design, procurement, and testing teams for smooth executionn
- Manage inventory, material planning, and vendor coordinationn
- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous process improvementsn




- Lead and supervise production technicians and shop-floor teamsn
- Support prototype builds, testing, and transition to productionn

nRequirements

- Experience in production/manufacturing operationsn
- Strong understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing workflowsn
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional operationsn
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, robotics, or UAV manufacturing preferredn
- Knowledge of quality systems, process optimization, and production planningn
- Solid problem-solving and organizational skillsn
