NWe're looking for a confident, proactive, and well-spoken Relationship Executive to handle client communication, conduct venue visits, support sales, and ensure the property is well-maintained and presented professionally.

- Handle client enquiries, communication, and follow-ups. N
- Conduct venue/property tours and explain facilities and offerings. N
- Build and maintain strong client relationships. N
- Manage leads and support conversions/bookings. N
- Assist in achieving sales targets. N
- Regularly inspect the property for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance. N
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues. N
- Ensure the property is always client-ready and well-presented.

- Strong sales and convincing skills. N
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities. N
