The prospect
We are looking for an experienced Flowable Developer with 5–8 years of industry experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to build enterprise-grade workflow and decision automation capabilities, optimize end-to-end processes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on high-impact transformation programmers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business processes.
- Sound understanding of software engineering principles, reusable design, clean coding, testing, and secure development practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain workflow designs clearly.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to work iteratively within cross-functional Agile teams and manage competing priorities.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- BTech, BE, MTech, MCA, or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of software development experience, including substantial hands-on experience implementing BPM and workflow solutions using Flowable.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN
