Role Overview
As a Senior Growth Executive, you will drive the growth of noon Home Services by spotting opportunities, solving real business problems, and taking initiatives all the way from insight to execution. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, analytics, marketing, and execution, using data and customer insights to make the business perform better every week.
This role is for someone who wants a real flavor of the startup ecosystem and has a knack for shaping a business through data, insights, and execution. You will own high-impact growth initiatives,
and be trusted to figure things out and get them done without waiting for a playbook. If you enjoy ambiguity and take ownership naturally, you will thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Identify and execute initiatives to drive business growth across acquisition, conversion, repeat, and overall customer engagement.
- Business & Data Analysis: Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, diagnose problems, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Growth Experiments: Ideate, develop, and execute, market campaigns.
- Customer & Market Insights: Deep-dive into customer behavior, category performance, competition, and market trends to identify opportunities and inform business decisions.
- Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with product, marketing, operations, commercial, and other teams to take initiatives from idea to execution.
