About the Role
The Corporate Relations Head will own the intersection of industry partnerships, student placements, and programme marketing. This person will be the institution’s outward face to the corporate world - building employer relationships, driving placement outcomes, and creating market visibility for key academic programmes. We are looking for someone with the credibility and network of a seasoned HR leader or corporate talent head - someone who understands what companies look for when hiring fresh graduates, and can work backwards from that to shape placement strategy and programme positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Placements & Corporate Partnerships
• Build and lead the campus placement function end-to-end - from employer outreach to offer closure.
• Develop a pipeline of corporate relationships across sectors (IT,



manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, services, startups) for recurring placement drives.
• Act as the single point of contact for corporate HR and talent acquisition teams hiring from the institution.
• Negotiate MoUs, internship tie-ups, guest lecture panels, and industry-sponsored projects.
• Track and improve placement metrics - offer rates, average CTC, recruiter diversity, and student satisfaction.

Programme Marketing & Visibility
• Work with admissions and academic teams to market select programmes (e.g. MBA Elevate) to prospective students and parents.
• Leverage corporate partnerships to create co-branded or industry-endorsed programme narratives that strengthen enrolment appeal.
• Represent the institution at education expos, industry summits, and HR forums.
• Drive content creation - placement reports, success stories, employer testimonials - for marketing collateral and digital chan
