Job DescriptionCompany:A Large Global Organization Key Skills : TIBCO, Data modeling, Workflow, Customization, Validation, MDM, Power BI, Python Roles and Responsibilities: Design and maintain master data models in TIBCO EBX to support enterprise data governance requirements Configure and enhance workflows for master data creation, approval, and stewardship processes Implement validation rules and data quality controls to ensure consistency and integrity of master records Develop platform customizations to meet business-specific MDM requirements Support ongoing EBX enhancements, issue resolution, and production stability for master data operations Skills Required: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in MDM and enterprise data engineering Hands-on experience with Master Data Management solutions and TIBCO EBX Robust data modeling experience for master data domains and reference data structures Experience designing workflow-driven MDM processes with validation and governance controls Ability to support platform configuration, customizations, and integration-ready data structures Good to Have: Power BI Python Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
