Platform Software Engineer – 4G/5G
Location: Bangalore / Delhi
Experience: 12–15 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-availability 4G/5G platform software across CPU, DPU, GPU, FPGA & ASIC architectures.
- Drive data-plane acceleration using DPDK, VPP, SR-IOV, eBPF/XDP & RDMA.
- Troubleshoot NUMA, packet drops, interrupt storms, pod networking & PTP/1588 issues.
- Lead end-to-end platform delivery, sustenance and customer support.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional technical teams.

Required Skills
- 12+ years in 4G/5G platform software engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Ethernet, IP, eCPRI, IPsec, SCTP, GTP-U & PTP/IEEE 1588.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift & O-RAN WG6/O2.
- Solid C/C++, Python, multithreading & Linux performance tuning skills.
- Hands-on experience with SmartNIC/DPU offloading and hardware acceleration.
