- Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with the US HR team to manage recruitment activities for open positions.
- Post job listings on relevant job portals, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews,



and present shortlisted candidates to US hiring managers.
- Assist with candidate assessments, background checks, and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for various roles, including both permanent and contract positions.
- 2. Bench Sales:Oversee bench sales operations for consultants/contractors in the bench (inactive) status, ensuring timely placements.
- Work closely with sales and recruitment teams to identify client requirements for bench resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and promote available resources.
- Negotiate contracts and placement terms, ensuring smooth transitions for bench consultants into billable projects.
- 3. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, documentation, orientation, and training schedules.
